HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to take advantage of the return or exchange with free transport of an item purchased on www.ncs-lab-cashmere.com. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
These are the options for the return or exchange of your item(s):

• ncsLAB store
• If you return or exchange your item in-store you don’t need to send an email request
• You only have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return in store
• Presenting the purchase receipt also a person of your confidence can do the return or exchange
• Return or exchange with package pickup
  You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to take advantage of the return or exchange with package pickup.

We arrange the package pickup with DHL courier.
How to return or exchange your item:

• Send an email to: ufficiostile@nicolascaglione.it with the following info:
• To make a return:
  1. Name and Surname
  2. Name and item code you want to return
• To make an exchange:
  1. Name and Surname
  2. Name and item code you want to return
  3. Name and item code you want to exchange with
• We will send you a label via email to stick on the return package

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
All the Tailor Made items can’t be returned or exchanged.

REFOUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please tell us and show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
