To take advantage of the exchange or return with free transport of a garment purchased on www.ncs-lab-cashmere.com you must make the return within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. The garment(s) must keep all labels and be in perfect condition.
These are the options for returning your garment(s):
• ncsLAB Store
- You don’t need to make the request if you exchange or return your garment(s) in store.
- You can exchange or return any order in store presenting the purchase receipt.
- Presenting the purchase receipt, you can allow someone else to do it for you.
• Home collection: exchange or returns
You have 30 days from the receipt of purchase.
We collect the package at home via the DHL courier.
How to exchange or return:
- Send an e-mail to: ufficiostile@nicolascaglione.it with the following info:
- Return:
1) Name and Surname
2) Name and code of the garment you want to return
- Exchange:
1) Name and Surname
2) Name and code of the garment you want to return
3) Name and code of the garment you want to exchange with
- We will send you a label to print and attach on the package to be returned

Every tailor made garments cannot be returned
REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the
confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
